Joe Duarte gave a wonderful answer! It’s August 2017 now (a year later) and your answer is still perfectly up to date. I really really wanted to love Atom and wanted to give it a try, as they did a good job in introducing the editor. I tried both Visual Studio Code and Atom and had to say good bye to Atom after 15 minutes. While VS Code is still no where as lightning fast as Sublime, Microsoft did a much neater work than the guys who created Atom.

Hahaha, to my experience playing with Google Assistant on my Android, this one is pretty much more like it, rather than the original one at Google I/O 2018.

Last year I read an article by Mark Manson: “How Your Insecurity Is Bought and Sold“. Beautifully written article. I loved it and reread it again several times.

“This is all Marketing 101 today. When I first studied marketing when I started my first business, I was told to find people’s “pain points” and then subtly make them feel worse. Then turn around and tell them my product will make them feel better. In my case, I was selling dating advice, so the idea was to tell people that they will be lonely forever, that no one will ever like them or love them, that something must be wrong with them.”

Fantastic concept and message! Can you imagine what a fucked up world we’re living in? With the political correctness gone maaaad! It’s exaggerate, yeah, but so scary that many not are not even a parody anymore.

Actually “quatre-vingt-dix-neuf” (or all numbers from 70) might sound weird at first, but once you have to deal with numbers long enough, you’ll find them “natural”, just like how the native feel the number. “Quatre-vingt-seize” is 96, it is *not* 4×20 + 16 (although literally it is). The idea of the amount of 96 comes instantly as that phrase comes through, and we don’t have to “calculate” at all.

The counting system in French is a mix of base-10 and base-20. However, if you have a problem with that, good luck with Danish counting system.
